The scale free simulations (Diemer&Kravtsov 2015) used to calculate the density PDF. From left to right the slope of the power spectrum = -2.5, -2.0, -1.5, -1.0, The box size is 100 cMpc/h per side. While these snapshots have similar power at a scale of ~ 2 cMpc/h, the leftmost one has more power at larger scales due to its steeper slope, while the rightmost one has more power at smaller scales due to its shallower slope.
